Make Tacos with it..yum!!
I usually put taco seasoning and pinto beans with some cheese..

Turkey burgers are always good...I've made them with melted mozarella and tons of onions and mushrooms. to-die-for!

It really is..and it's VERY quick! 15-20 minutes tops..but, you have to like Mexican..

I make a casserole with it, with green chiles, corn, beans and black olives - top with cheese - bake for 25 minutes - yum!

brown the onions and mushrooms in a pan on the stove top and then cook the burgers right in the mess...save the mozz for last...YUM!
