I know I should be happy, but...
DH and I started TTC in October. Got pregnant in November, but I miscarried on 12/12 at exactly 6 weeks. My Dr. told me to wait 2-3 months, but DH and I kinda threw caution to the wind a few times. I've been feeling off with lots of pg symptoms, so I took an HPT last week, and negative. Still more symptoms this weekend, though DH chalked it up to post-miscarriage whackiness. So, this morning, I woke up all of a sudden at 5am, and I had this gut feeling, like I HAD to test right then and there. I ran into the bathroom, took the test and, a few seconds later, I saw two pink lines! I'm PG!!
I know I should be thrilled, and excited and so happy, but I'm just so scared. I only miscarried 4 short weeks ago, and here I am pregnant again... I have my first Dr. appointment on Thurs, so hopefully that will alleviate some of my fears, but in the meantime, I'm going to be a mess!

It's OK to be worried, it's natural for any pg woman to be. Take it one day at a time.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I hope you have a healthy and happy nine months. I know its hard to do, but try not to worry too much. I think all pregnant women worry about their babies and having a previous mc doesn't help ease your worries. A few of my gfs have had mcs and they have all gone on to have healthy babies.

I know my situation means not much to really ease your fears but I MC'd on March 6th and became pregnant on April 24th. Talk about being scared the entire time! Now I am 4 days away from having #2. Everything has been great with this pregnancy so far. Please try to relax and hope for the best. It all works out!

MC is my greatest fear and I haven't been through what you have been so I can only imagine.
I will pray for you and DH to have a happy and healhty 9 months.
Since it happened so easy just think that this baby is meant to be and all is going to be well, very well.

Im so sorry you are going through all these mixed feelings..I watched my sister miscarry a number of times and it was extremely hard for her to be happy when she was pregnant..I know it must really be hard...but I am so happy for you!!!! My sister did have a beautiful baby boy and now she is pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl..so it will happen for you and I know its easier said than done..but try and take it easy on yoruself..allow yourself to realize that you are pregnant and its a GREAT amazing wonderful beautiful thing. I will keep you in my prayers, I promise, not only for a healthy 9 months, but alsothat some of your stress will pass and you can enjoy this wonderful time in yoru life. I know my sister wasnt able to relax until her 2nd trimester and I will pray that you find immediate relief and less stress. You hang in there...Im so happy for you!!!

Congrats! This is great news! I'm sure it's natural to feel the way you do, but remember, statistically you are nomore likely to miscarry than anyone else - having one miscariage does not up your odds of miscarrying again. So try to relax and enjoy! I'm thrilled for you!
