I think it can only take a certain size or it won't post. But there is an image resizer at the top.... (it's the green button next to Forum Mail).

click on resizer, click on browse for the pic u want to post. then click on reduce dimension, pick a lower percent. i use 50 or 60. then click submit and the new size will be e-mailed to u

I find it easier to justupload the pictures to the album here because it automatically makes them the right size and then you can just
Right click the picture and click properties
Copy the URL address
Click insert web image under the smilies and paste the adddy there
