Well, I had my first one tonight and the lovely LP talked me off the ledge...I'll C&P exactly from thread...enjoy!


"I really am freaking out though and harrass Mike Closs monthly with all sorts of questions...nothing puts me at ease! Ugh!
I'm like Goldilocks - the Dome Room is too BIG, the Skylight Room is beautiful but it has an odd set-up and seems too big for my guests, plus I like al fresco paintings on the wall, the Penthouse Room is WAY too big...so that leaves me with the Oak Room...OK - sorry for the little moment...hey, does this count as my first bridal meltdown?"

I cannot decide whether I like the room I BOOKED or not...and I asked about A MILLION questions...thanks for your patience ladies!

My sister & i went to Olive Garden for liunch
so i ordered the lunch special soup, bread sticks & salad/ unlimited

Waiter (a real cute one i may add) said an entree was on special. So i said ok i till have that also with the salad on the side. HE looked a me a bit wierd, but kindly said, "It Comes with the salad, do you still want salald on the side PLUS you main order, that would quite ALOT of salad??

Needless to say i just had the entree

I could have crawled under a rock, but i was too busy laughinng

these 36 days have GOT to pass
so i can get my sanity back

ok well i swear im not a freak or anything but I SWEAR this is real

so last night, im freaking out in my dream about the wedding when FH's grandfather pops up and pats me on the hand and says "dont worry about the wedding, if i was still alive i wouldve given you much much more" then he smiled and i woke up

i told a friend today that i think it wasnt just a dream- that it was him visiting me- cause my grandmother spoke to me in a dream a few years ago too

so i think that having the dead communicate with you cause youre freaking out qualifies as a meltdown moment no????

[ really ladies, im totally sane just a believer in the paranormal---dont get freaked out]

it was a sweet moment...especially since i never really knew him..he died about a year after i started dating fh

i do laugh that im so stressed that someone from the "beyond" has to come talk some sense into me lol

I had just picked up my friend and we were going to eat at the diner. I must have had Wedding on the brain (big shocker) and drove right past the diner and went straight to Macys (where I'm getting my BM dresses). I didn't realize what I was doing till I got out of the car. What's really funny was that my friend didn't say anything she though I was taking her to a different diner.

Ok, I have another one....Yesterday the weather was really crappy, (snowing in VA) so I decided to make some brownies for my FI and me. So I preheated the oven and mixed the batter up and put it in the pan, and set the time for 45 minutes and I joined my FI watching TV, well the timer goes off 45 minutes later, and I open the oven, and nothing is there!!! I left the brownies sitting on the counter!!! What the heck is wrong with me?!?!?!

This morning I was listening to a message on my cell phone and tried to delete is using the phone on my desk! Needless to say, it didn't work!

oh man, i dont even know where to start! b/w me AND fh... its just bad news!

yesterday, FH sat there with the remote trying to change the channel for a few mins before he realized that he was using the bedroom tv remote on the living room TV!

friday i 'rolled' through a red light, and as i was looking at it i was like 'awww thats what my BM dresses are going to look like"... with NO CLUE at all that i was going through a red light

dont even get me started on the Fortunoff incident... or walmart. Im just staying out of Big, confusing places until this wedding thing is over... nothing good can possibly come from it

LP, thanks for bumping this, I had one this morning.

PREFACE: FH and I are setting up final appointments and we're thinking about what songs to have the BP and us come into the reception to.

So, I'm on the subway, listening to my ipod on shuffle. I like a very WIDE array of music so I can literally go anywhere from Metallica to the Sound of Music soundtrack. Anyway, DMX Party Up in Here comes on and I'm like, hmmm, I've always loved this song and it's got a great beat, maybe we can have the BP come into this.

And then I started crying. Yes, CRYING. To DMX. In the middle of the subway. On the way to work.

after a 3hr florist final meeting i came home & took off my engagement ring (that is normal -i usually put my gems on the dresser)

& reached to put it on the car ring rack in the kitchen
