new support group on slim down
Anyone who is trying to get into shape, BACK into shape or just trying to slim down or tone up for the big day or the rest of our lives.....
Gail (happybride2005) is starting a support group for us who need that extra boost.....come into Slim Down and sign up to join.....together we can reach our goals!!!!

its not just losing weight for the wedding. there's 2 people that already got married. we'll help each other. we could say what helps us. a pointer that someone gives, might help u.

Dont' you just LOVE holidays and all the EATING that comes with it! Seriously, i ALWAYS gain 10-20 pounds over the holidays/winter, then realize that I have and then start eating right in April-ish... so get back to me in April...

I seem to have offended some of you by saying that I need to lose weight for the wedding. I understand some of you have longer term goals but I don't think that you should discount someone who has shorter term goals in mind  . Everyone has their own insecurities and weight concerns.
