OOT Gift Bags-- How soon before the wedding do you start?
Since most of this stuff involves food-- how soon before are you guys going to start buying stuff and assembling...
I figure since most of the stuff is snack-y type stuff that is packaged air tight- you can do it fairy far ahead of time- but, I don't want people getting stale crackers and stuff..
Thoughts?

I would check the expiration dates on the boxes...but if they're after your wedding I would think it all should be fine.

I did mine and bought the stuff about 2 months before. I bought the candy and chocolate to go in them a month before.

Maybe a question that I should know the answer to, but what exactly should you put in OOT gift bags? And they're put in the hotel so they receive them when they check in, right??

I never did the OOT bag, but when I worked at the hotel for the long 2 weeks, lol, I saw brides put in either a soda can or a water bottle, chips, some candy, anything really for them to munch on. Also a great thing to put in the bag is a Long Island Travel Guide, which you can FM me for
Yes, the bag is given to your guests when they check in to their hotel room.
