Not Officially TTC but......
For the past 4 months FH & I havent been taking any percautions "not" to get pregnant and nothing has happened. I know this hasnt been going on that long but I know for a fact that my FH can have children (got ex G/F preg but she lost the baby) but I'm begining to get a little worried. What if it's me? When I was a baby I had a dislocated hip and required TONS of x-rays, my mom says that there could be a chance of this effecting reproduction. I've always had heavy, painfull, irregular periods,, I spoke to GYN about it and was told it was because I was overweight. Well I recently lost 125 pounds and according to my doctor I am supposed to be extremely fertile now, so I dont understand why no bundle of joy has come along. I spoke to a friend who is an OBGYN and he said that the doc wont even entertain any prego problem until we've tried for at least 1 year....I'm just frustrated and scared that I cant have children. I bought one of those ovulation kits I'm gonna try...Sorry everyone I needed to vent bigtime.....

You can try charting. This way you'll know when you're ovulating and then your chances of conceiving are that much greater.

Have you been trying in the sense of BDing around O time? It may be just that you are missing that window...don't worry, it'll happen!!! Good luck!

First off, congrats on loosing 125lbs!!! Wow, that's incredible! I wish I could loose 5lbs!
Don't worry so much just yet, I'm sure it's just b/c you're not BDing around the ovulation time. It's a small window. Best of luck!
