Workout Buddy; Lucille Roberts; near Stony Brook
Hi,
I am thinking about joining Lucille Roberts on 347 (across with SmithHaven mall) in Stony Brook/Lake Grove.
Does anyone want to be my workout buddy? I want to go after work around 5:30ish at least 3 times per week. Maybe more if we can motivate each other.

I ended up joining the gym at the Holiday Inn express on 347 after all. They have a nice facility there plus they got a swimming pool.

thats actually the gym i belong to! i love it there, you never get interrupted or kicked out of the pool if you're just frolicking instead of doing laps. now if only i could motivate myself to actually go once in a while lol

Not at all. Sometimes on the weekend they have pool parties. But thats a rare occasion.
