Just curious!
My mom and fmil are getting there makeup done professionally that day.

His mom did, my mom didn't. I thought my mom's makeup looked just as good if not better--she tried with several different kinds and colors ahead of time to know what would work best--without having a trial I think his mom was not as pleased with what colors they used and what it looked like...

Good for your mom! I would actually not be worried if my mother didn't have hers done since she wears makeup all the time and is used to having to "adjust" her makeup routine for events. I'm a little concerned about FMIL though because I don't think she wears ANY makeup--I've never seen her with it. I just don't want her to feel like she doesn't look as good in the pictures since everyone else is going to be all made up.

That was exactly our situation--my mom and I both wear makeup every day, and are used to all of it. My MIL wears none, ever...I get my proofs back tomorrow so I will see how it all really looked in the pictures!

Both moms had their done. DH mom was happy with hers, but she generally doesn't wear much makeup. My mom is used to wearing makeup, so she felt she didn't have enough on and added some herself (it looked great after my mom embelished a little.)
