made a delicious spiniach-artichoke dip last night

I found this recipe online and it came out really good.

1 10oz package of chopped spinach, drained
1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup of Parmesan cheese grated
1 cup of monterey jack cheese
2 tbsp on butter
2 tbsp of flour
1 cup of milk

Slowly heat the butter until melted. Stir in the flour and give it a minute to blend and become bubbly. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the milk. Bring the pot back to a boil, stirring constantly. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended. It was really simple and really delicious! It makes a big portion too, we still have a ton in the fridge.
