GGrrr.....I'm so upset, we got two postcards in the mail today telling us that we weren't picked for the contestant pool!!!!
So much for THAT idea.....oh well. Thanks for all the great support though ladies. I'm sure you all would have been FANTASTIC life lines.
I'm boycotting the show now!!!!!

When we went and "failed" their test we were shouting NBC NBC outside the ABC studios

That's awesome!!! Maybe we should have a "Millionaire Reject" GTG nearby when they start taping!!!
I really thought we nailed the interview, but I think they were looking for people who were really desperate for the money.....we recently bought our house and our parents are helping out some with the wedding, so maybe they just thought we didn't really "need" to be on the show (little do they know, we still live paycheck to paycheck....and have NO idea where we're coming up with most of the money for the wedding!!!!)

hahahah its their loss  My FH and I thought we nailed that test I was soooo pissed when we took so much time to get there and then after 10mins we were gone. I liked it when Regis hosted that show anyway

Same thing happened to us. The postcards of doom arrived on Friday. We passed the test and were all giddy about it and we started DVRing the shows to prepare for our big day, but to no avail. At least we didn't buy the home game.
Since Meredith's not funding our HM, anyone want to contribute to the "send lilac down under" fund?
