Anyone hear of the new store Tuesday Mornings?

Someone was talking about it on the LIRR...they said that they opened in Lake Grove and it was supposed to be an "upscale" Marshalls?? Not sure what that means and I didn't know the person to ask. Has anyone heard of this store?

yes there is one in greenlawn which is pretty dirty. the store is like an odd job/ amazing savings type. i like homegoods much better. the store had a mothbally smell to it. and i found a soap dispenser that was really cute for 3.99 it had a 20% sticker on it. i bring it to the register and the casher accuses me of putting the sticker on. i tell her they are on all of the them and she insists im not getting the 20%. i ask for a manager who is an even bigger moron who tells me that those stickers didnt belong on that item and that it was a mistake. so thinking she would give it to me she doesnt. so i had about 10 items of stuff, lotion dispensor and matching items for the bathroom. i said forget this and walked out becuase the service was ridiculous. i wrote to the corportate office becuase i felt that for a new store the staff was quite rude. i brought my mother in law with me and she was proud that i walked out. they did have some good things but i wont take the time to go to a place where people are rude.

I received a small catalog (like BBB sends to your house) in the mail. It says they are opening up 1 mile east of Smithaven Mall. I think the building number was 2758?

The grand opening is on this coming tuesday. I want to go check it out.

There's one in Sayville. It's okay but I agree that it's crappily run.

I saw it. I drove by it on the way to my new house. it is on Middle Country Road

it reminds me of a junk store but they sell expensive stuff. Everything is thrown around, broken, ripped or stained!!! I hate stores where I have to sort thorugh the pile to find one item that is in ok condition!!

It doesn't sound like a great place

I am going to go one time just to check it out.

I also hate going where you have to places you have to look around, like TJ Maxx and Marshalls. I go once in a while to see if something might catch my eye.

There is one on Sunrise Hwy (Sayville) and I thought it was a dump as well....

there's one right by me here in NJ. I stopped in today and wasn't very impressed. it was pretty messy. they did have some nice things if you wanted to pick through the mess, but nothing that i could use right now. i guess it depends on what you're looking for.

Tuesday Morning is a "hit or miss" store. I go to the Greenlawn location quite often. They're good for holiday decorations, wrappings & gift bags, sheets, towels, bathroom accessories, cookware/bakeware.

They have them in NJ..Tried to go there on a sunday once and it was closed!
