Re: spinach dip recipes???
They are all on any vegtable dip box. From memory( hope this is right!)
Its one package of vegtable soup mix mixed with Sour cream and mayo ( not sure how much of each) and 1 package(16 oz) of spinach...I love this dip SOOO much. I never remember the reciepe exactly! Just look on the side of the Vegtable dip/ package .. p.s KNORR'S is the best one IMO..

Re: spinach dip recipes???
I make the knorr dip- 1 cup of sour cream 1 cup of mayo 1 package of frozen chopped spinach 3 scallons chopped knorr vegatable or Spring Vegatable if the regular one is unavailable.
I make this all the time and add lots of extra scallons- it tends to perk it up! Use even the white at the bottom chopped really fine- I use scissors- it makes it really easy.

Re: spinach dip recipes???
The way I make mine is:
1 sour cream 1 Spinach, I cook the Spinach and then drain it and make sure all of the water is out of the Spinach. Then I mix the two together with a package of Lipton Vegatable dip.
I scoop this into a bread bowl. Serve the inside of the bread on the side of the bowl.
Enjoy

Re: spinach dip recipes???
This is a tasty recipe for stuffed mushrooms, but I've used is a spinach spread also in a bread bowl..
Mushrooms, remove stems 1 package of frozen spinach 1 package of cream cheese chunk of parmesan cheese-grate it, don't get the fine pre-grated. get the real cheese onions garlic salt/pepper
chop the stems so they are minced chop the onions and garlic so they are minced sautee the mushrooms stems, onion and garlic with a little olive oil in a pan. remove when soft about 3 minutes.
soak your frozen spinach in warm water and drain, squeeze as much water out.
soften the cream cheese package, I usually do this in a metal mixing bowl, place that in a bigger bowl or pot that has some hot water. You can then stir the cream cheese by hand and as the metal bowl gets hot from the water on the outside it gets smooth and soft inside the metal bowl.
Mix the spinach, softened cream cheese, the mushroom stems w/onions/garlic all together in your bowl, sprinkle with grated cheese and salt and pepper to taste, it's ready to eat. I usually stuff my raw mushrooms with the mix and then put in the oven until the mushrooms are brown. Or place the mix in a bread bowl and you can spread on bread etc.
