Apt for rent in Forest Hills - sorry, bit long

I already posted this in the Home section, but to get more exposure, i am putting it here too.

I need help!
DH & I are closing our house soon, and since we still have a lease on our apt, we have to re-rent it ASAP (or we have to keep paying the rent on it). :(
Please forward the info on to anyone that is interested? I don't know when they will say it is available, but i'll guess 11/1 (we're out 10/15).

Here's the scoop:
Address: 68-35 Burns St., Apt B2 (be sure to ask for this apt)

Its walking distance to the Continental Ave subway (EFVR trains) & LIRR, as well as Austin street and all the shops there. The building is also on the Q23 bus line.

I think the rent is going for about $1100, not sure. You just pay for electric, gas (for stove - a minimal charge), as well as cable, phone, etc. Heat is included, and let me tell you, even with all these cold winters, its never been a problem. The supers are great. They are the first people out there plowing when it snows. Its not the most modern building, but its rent stabilized, annual increases are usually not that bad.

Oops. 1BR. would have been smart to include that. And the living room doorway has a door (so you can close it in if you need additional privacy).

with an eat in kitchen.
