Going for my Menu Finalization with hall this week!
What do I need to remember to ask for or tell the reception hall to do??
We will also be choosing our cake!!!

Some things I questioned were the color of the table linens, tip cups, if you have a lot of OOT guests such as I do a place to put gifts, will the waiters be taking drink orders.

Remind them of any policies about seconds. If you are having anything special at the table--inform them, ie favors or menus. Any special requests.

when you can get into the bridal suite (and who has access - make sure its locked), places to take pictures (if you need this), linens, contact person for vendors, what if any centerpieces for cocktail hour, timeline for reception.
Also stress anything you want done, i.e, signature drink, waiters taking drink order, etc.
