We definitely aren't going to make our minimum please tell me how I can go about doing this...
My FH and I both work for the same bosses in the same building...2 different companies but we know everyone. So we only invited our bosses and 2 other people. Now that we aren't going to make our minimum, I was thinking of inviting a few other people.
How should we go about doing it? I don't want to insult anyone by inviting them so late.

At this point, you can still get away with it...
Is there anyway that you could include a new set of RSVP's with a later RSVP date?
I wouldn't worry about it, though. My DH invited coworkers as late at 10 days before the wedding and they attended and had a great time!

just say we originally couldn't invite you because we have large familes, but since a lot of them will be unable to attend, and we wanted to invite you all from the beginning, we would be honored if you could join us on our wedding day. and apologize for the late notice

I agree I would say that you originally couldnt invite everyone because you have large families but now you are able to. I dont think they will mind at all.

hey, we have the same date!! 
my FH and I are doing the exact same thing as said above. so far we got 15 more people to attend, they were not insulted or anything. i think people will understand

Thanks for everyone's help!
So should I give them invites by hand? And should I leave the replys in that say to reply by 7/28? Or just ask them to let us know?
Should I send an email to them explaining why I am inviting them all so late or say it to each of them?
ETA: My minimum is 125 and I'm at 90 right now...only think I will be up to 103!!!

I'm having the same problem and I don't even have any invitations left!! So I'am just doing it by word of mouth and saying some what like Palebride said!! SO I would just do it!! People understand and if they come they come and if not that is fine also!!

I just found out that I don't have enough invites either!!! I was thinking of maybe doing an evite...or is that too tacky?

Same thing happening to us, Mandy (after all my stress over having too tight of a guest list, nonetheless!)
We're inviting people by WoM, and I've sent invites to a few without the RSVP, but only after discussing it with them over the phone.

Maybe you could make an informal invitation on the computer, so they'll have all the information and include a phone number at the bottom for them to RSVP.
Oh and hand deliver it to them too!!

we are taking outdoor pics on the grounds of our church, they have beautiful landscaping! as far as your invites...... we are hand delivering them and asking them to tell us if they are coming or not and then we are filling out a response card for them and adding it to our pile!
