Body image?
I was wondering if you ladies are secure in your body image.
For some reason today I have been feeling like MOOOOOO.
I think it has to do with me gaining weight. I checked in today at 122 and I stand 5 ft. So its been really bugging me for the past few days.
So I said maybe I should check out my LIW girls and see if i am the only one with these concerns.

I am fine with the way my body is. I actually wish my arms and back had more muscle/meat on them because I can look bony sometimes.One thing that makes me feel fat is when my stomach gets bloated...that is because I have stomach problems though and it is just air... but still sometimes I have to unbutton my pants

I have a poor body image as well.....just not happy with the extra weight I carry !!!(especially after getting to a REALLY comfortable weight & being ACTUALLY being almost satisfied with the way I looked 2 years ago.!!!

Yeah thats my problem too. I was at a weight that I was happy with after our daughter but I became close to anorexic. I think I ate like tuna and rice cakes, diet soda and ice only.
I guess this post is hopeful that there are others who feel the same way and I am not crazy.

yes, i am one of those people who always thinks they are fat. I'm 5' 4" and about 130 to 133 (not sure how accurate my scale is). People always get mad at me when i say taht, but to me that is heavy because i've ALWAYS been the skinny twig who never gained weight when i was younger. and i have a small frame. the heaviest i ever was (before DH)was 120.
But I'm slowly starting to accept it... i just hate when my tummy gets bloated. I think that part, and my hips/thighs, bothers me the most. I try working out but i'm lazy.

LOL...sorry, I would kill to be 122....Lately I've been very uncomfortable with my body. I've been avoiding going to the beach, because I don't want to wear a bathing suit...I never used to be like this.

i have a terrible body image - always have....
right after i met Dh, I went on a big diet and lost about 30 pounds...finally felt comfortable with myself.....when we got married i was still trying to lose the last 10 pounds....but couldnt. and now that we've gotten married, i've gained another 10....so that's getting me down
