Ken James of Great Neck (Bruce Saunders Band)
Hi all,
I'm a 1st time user so here goes.... Has anyone heard of Ken James/Bruce Saunder's Band? If so, how are they?
Thanks in advance for the imput.....you guys have no idea what a help any info. would be!!!

I've heard Ken James and they are very good.
We booked with Peter Greco - his band was considered the "sister band" to KJ some time ago.

i have heard of ken james and supposively they are amazing
I was going to go see them BUT.....they were so obnoxious on the phone....tehy called everyday at the oddest hours and i said i would call them back but they kept calling

We had them at our wedding. They were amazing. We still get compliments on how great they were. Very professional and a pleasure to work with. I totally recommend them. FM if you have more questions.

Haha - He was obnoxious!! We spoke with him and he must have said "Ken James" 2 dozen times during our 10 minute phone call.

we went to see them-already knowing that we thought we had the band we wanted, but wanted to keep our options open...
the price was great
i wasn't thrilled w/ them b/c they do bigger parties and i wanted something more low-key
plus, i don't think he understood what we wanted

I am using them for a classical/ jazz trio for my ceremony and cocktail hour. I have had the best conversations with everyone from the office and have found them to be a pleasure to work with. The price is unbelievable as well. There was about a minimum of $600 difference between them and everyone ese I looked at.

I used KJO, Carl was our bandleader... i couldn't have been more pleased, they played every song i had on my list... the thing i aprreciated the most was they weren't TOO LOUD. that was a concern of mine. Also they were hired for a lot of parties/weddings i knew of and everyone had rave reviews.

Ken James was the best! They played at our wedding. I have heard great things at Bruce Saunders and they get everyone up and dancing. He is such a class act.
Every band is a business and his is no different. But he was really wonderful at my wedding and a wedding right after mine I was at. The band was so professional and the music was great. Everyone still raves about him!
