Fondue places in the city
I remember reading that someone went to a fondue place for their bachelorette party in the city. Does anyone know of any good ones?

Dip is a good place. Pretty mellow, 2 floors. I think it's around 30th and 3rd--something like that. Artisanal is known for its cheeses, but it doesn't seem like a party type of place.

DTUT (Upper East Side) had this great fondue that is like a Pu Pu Platter. They also have this for S'Mores! Lots of fun :)

Divine bar on the east side has good fondue; also I heard that Punch & Judy has some good fondue options, it's downtown. Check out citysearch, I think they have an entire category about places with fondue!

La Bonne Soupe I think 55th between 5th and 6th - My friends and I love to go there for lunch or dinner - it is a cute place - we always ask to sit upstairs - we get sangria, cheese fondue and chocolate fondue (it is a small french bistro so there are other things for people who don't want the fondue) they used to have amazing steak fondue but had to stop serving it for insurance reasons (made with hot oil)
