Sore Throat - Zinc
I usually take Cold Eaze but since I am on low carb I cannot take it because it contains sugar. Do you think I could just take Zinc pills? It is the Zinc in Cold Eaze that is supposed to make you feel better.

There are zinc lozenges in a red or yellow plastic case that work really well. feel better.

You can buy zinc pills at GNC or a vitamin store. No sugar.
Zinc's purpose is to increase your immune system... it's not just for sore throats.
