Beach Club Estate or Outdoor Reception?

Does anyone have feedback on the Beach Club Estate? Also, some friends recommended I check out state parks or beaches for a wedding site. Can anyone make a recommendation for a scenic wedding, preferably waterfront? Thanks!!
