Royal Brass Trumpeteers

Has anyone gotten a recent price quote from the Royal Brass? I was thinking of using them and was curious of the price ranges. FM me if you prefer. Thanks

Re: Royal Brass Trumpeteers

I was interested in them too but thought that kind of $$ was too much.

FH cousin had them and just my opinion they were more annoying than anything.. ..
Perhaps it just the way the bride wanted it....they announced the arrival of every group of guests and after a while it was more of a nusance..probably becasue she was late..HOWEVER..it was nice when they herald the bride's arrival..that was a nice touch

Re: Royal Brass Trumpeteers

I just booked them last week! Am I am more excited about them than anything else at this point! I am getting them for $400 for 2 hours at the church. Got to their website and email them. They will email you a price quote back. I think in the scheme of all the money we are spending that it is definitely worth a few hundred dollars!!

I used them as well! I have no idea offhand what I paid but it wouldn't be relevant anyway because it was too long ago. But I have to say that I actually forgot about them until I arrived at the church and they were absolutely incredible!!! We used them only for the church, not the reception. They were worth the money!!

Re: Royal Brass Trumpeteers

We met them at the bridal expo at the Marriot in Uniondale and they seemed so nice. My Mom was laughing when I told her my FI wanted to have them. We looked on the website and saw pictures and she said she loves a man in tights...haha. They can wear the trumpateer getup or tops and tails or a tuxedo. I was listening to the music samples and I love the way they sound with the organist. Hey you are only doing this once so we are living it up. I just thought it was so funny when my FI got so excited about it. He is so cute! I think to have them at the reception and playing when every guest comes in might be annoying. But at the ceremony would just be awesome.

We are not using Royal Brass, but the people we are using charge $275 per trumpeteer for the ceremony.

Re: Royal Brass Trumpeteers

Just to let you know...my friend had the trumpeteers at her wedding on 4/2/04 and although I noticed them at the church and reception hall...I never actually heard them play their trumpets. In my opinion...as a guest...I might be more bedazzled if you would take that money and donate it to charity instead!!
