Besides your own Wedding, how many Weddings are you going to this year?
Just had to ask because the FW and I have
2-- in June
1- in August
1-- in December
1-- in Feb. 2005
AND..
2 other couples in April getting married -- not going.. due to being not close enough. (One of the couples is HATED by my my BP.)
1 other one in October (who we do like a lot).. but we'll be away on our Honeymoon.

Hmm.. only two this year (at least I think so). And that doesn't include our own!
ONE this upcoming Sunday in Michigan (FH's cousin) .. Hopefully we can get the heck outta town tomorrow night without weather problems!
Second one in May .. though I'm debating going because it is a friend I've pretty much lost touch with .. 
I hope I didn't forget any (cannot afford any more!!)

the weirdest thing is... one of the invites is froma person who I haven't talked to since 2000... i'm looking thru the mail one day and there's a STD card.. and I'm like.. "what?"
Bottom line -- former best friend.. we had a falling out.. never spoke again.. and then this arrives in the mail!

This year 3 before my own (that I know of). But almost all of my friends are married already (thank God!) so I'm pretty much winding down from wedding craziness. Since September 1998 I've had either a shower/wedding/christening (because naturally, the babies started right after the weddings!) etc. approximately every 4-6 months. I'm DONE!

A few years ago it seemed like we had a million every year and I thought we were past that stage, but this year we have 5 pretty much for sure (1 we could maybe miss because it's sort of a hike, but I probably want to go anyway) and we have a possibility of another two. AHHH

One is next week..March 27 in Westchester..the one that is near your catering hall Octgroom 
Another is in May..not sure of the date.

I'm curious where are the Westchester weddings? I'm a Westchester girl and I've probably been to EVERY place for a wedding at some point.. so many nice places out that way (just like LI)
