AMAZING DIET SHOP--little long but worth it

there is an amazing new diet shop at the front of All for Sports and Fitness ( a gym in west islip) you don't have to be a member, though I would suggest joining to anyone looking for a gym b/c they are so wonderful!

anyhow this diet shop has everything, low fat, low carb, low/no sugar, fat free, anything you want and the little lady that owns it, she is so knowledgeable about her products and dieting,

For example they have these fat free/sugar free cookies that are one ppoint on weight watchers, 75 cals, no fat, they are yummy and huge, i didn't even finish the whole thing all at once.

This gym is on sunrise hwy in west islip, in the Bob stores or Chucky Chesse parking lot.

I went there and got some great stuff for Atkins.

They have the best 'breadcrumbs' and I love being able to bread my chicken!

Do you have a gym membership there? How much is it if you don't mind? I of course feel guilty going in there and think I should be staying to work out (which is exactly why they put it in there.. LOL)

But I never want to ask how much because I'm sure I'll get the big sales pitch which I really don't want to hear.

ask to talk to Frank or Frank Jr. and they will help you I know I signed up when they first opened two years ago and pay 39/month but they get updated equiptment all the time. They aren't to "salesy" ya know they will be cut and dry if thats what you want.

just so everyone will read *maybe* because I LOVE this place, they have something for everyone b/c they have sugar free, carb free, low fat, everything!

the lady is wonderful, and its located in an GREAT gym, i love working out there. not intimidating at all, very friendly staff, and clientle.
