when i was looking for one bridesmaid dress they wouldnt give me a quote they wanted me to come in but in never hurts to ask

Yes. I found a dress I liked and started calling all the stores listed on the designers website that carried it and every single store I called (about 8), gave me a price right over the phone.

Haven't had a problem ywt with getting quotes over the phone - for wedding gowns and BM dresses.

My place gave me a quote over the phone but I had made it very clear that I had found this dress elsewhere wanted to buy it, and was looking for the place to buy it!

A place like RK Bridal will give you quotes over the phone, but I found that most places will tell you to come in if you want a price quote.
