I posted this on Kathleen's post about "what you want to be when you grow up"...
I want to be an entrepreneur... I've always wanted to be a Pastry Chef, so I need to find a way to make and sell my own line of chocolates and pastries. I'd love to have my own little chocolate/bake shop. Maybe someday it will happen, I don't even know how to get started!

I would want to open my own Car Detailing shop. It would have 6 seperate bays.
1st bay: Car Wash/Dry
2nd Bay: Polishing, and compounding
3rd bay: Hand Glaze and Wax
4th Bay: Engine Cleaning
5th bay: Interiors Vaccumed
6th Bay: Interiors Shampooed.
It would be awesome. I would also have a sperate bay for car stereo installs/pinstriping, and another bay for oil changes.
I would have a little shop where I sold all aftermarket parts and car stereos.

When I was little, I wanted to be a singer or a vet.
As an adult, I would want to be a writer - both fiction and cookbooks! My dream in life is really to become a chef, and either open my own restaurant or just write cookbooks.
