is 340000 too much for a ranch in deer park with DP schools?
its on the west side it has 3 small bedrooms, full finished basement, tiny Black and white kitchen I think the cabinets are a shiney white metal or plastic????
It has a small dineing room living room 1 car garage on 75X100, 1 full bath, roof 2 years old (1 layer), gas stove , CAC, forced air heat, home alarm, on quiet street, i think it diamond condition....
what do you all think?

Newsday.com also has info. about recent home sales and school report cards.
