You arent intruding at all...i'm not really doing anything wintery - for centerpeices i may be doing all roses and calla lilies in peach, orange and cream tones and I'm going to have pear candle votives around the arrangment - one idea at least -
What type of wintery cneterpeice are you looking for?
You could do an arrangement with tree branches wiht a few dendronbrium orchids attahced and then have pull away arrangements on the bottom...

I do like the look of the branch centerpieces but I'm afraid it's not going to look "enough" on the table. I think I like pinecones, white/cream roses, and I'm not sure whatelse. FH worked in a florist for 6+ years but I have no idea what type of flowers are what. I have to start looking and learning about that.
I do want to get a quote on an all-flower muff instead of a bouquet though. I saw it in Instyle last year and LOVE it. We'll see

Not centerpieces, but here are some arrangements w/ peach colors in them.
Most peach colors are roses, cala lillies or french tulips
