Location: Vanderbilt Mansion- Oakdale	Re: PreNatal Yoga Classes I continued my regular yoga class at the gym until 7 months. The instructor knew I was pregnant and adjusted the exercises accordingly. At 7 months I started a prenatal yoga video.
