The bridal shop should have them - also I know a few girls who have gotten theirs off e-bay.
I borrowed mine from a girlfriend - it was my something borrowed :)

david's for about 49...they had it there the day of my fitting...but you can probably go in and just buy one..also my freind had offered to lend me hers, which would work, but she didn't get back from the honeymoon in time for my fitting

ebay -- $45 extra full, fitted with elastic waist and a zipper!
I knew what I wanted and had my size so I just bid on a few, finally won one and it came and its perfect!
