FH and I are going tomorrow night to book North Ritz!!! We are soooo excited. I was just wondering if there is anything that I should make sure I include in the contract? Should the contract be very specific (for things such as names of liquor/beer, exact type of centerpiece included, exactly what is included in the viennese, cake type, etc)? What about the number of servers, bartenders, valet attendants, etc? I am so paranoid that I will leave something out and it will come back to haunt me! Thanks!
