How early can I send out of state invites?

How early can I send out of state invites?
I have a lot of people out of state (20) and I was thinking of sending them early so I have enough time to send out my B list. I am getting married in July...is like four or five months for them too early?

I think 4 or 5 months is fine.. Did you send Save the Dates?? this would be a good time to do that.. then send all of the invites out at the same time.. Just put a hotel info card in with the STD's.. JMO..

I think that 4-5 months prior is a little early. I got married in November and sent mine out at the end of September which was about 8 weeks prior.

If your going to wait 8 weeks, I would definately send STD"s because people need to book their hotels.. This is Long Island and it's JULY.., and they book up extremly fast
