IM SO JEALOUS Vegas is my Favorite! Have a great Time. Try to get down to Freemont street one night and take all of the strip in. Belagio fountains Treasure island no longer does the pirate show.  the Volcano at the mirage. Hard Rock At harrahs you can take a shuttle from Harrahs to the Rio (owned by the same people) Rio is a cool hotel. And the palms where MTV was Filmed!

Would love to check out the gondola ride...since if we go to Italy, we're skipping Venice!  I don't do roller coaster's...but I believe FH wanted to go there.

Stratosphere does have the coolest rides but even if you dont go on the rides Goto the Top. The Big Shot is my Favorite Ride. Goto Paris when we where there we went to the top of the Eifel Tower that was cool too.

I agree, go to Freemont St. See the fountains at Bellagio, go to Paris and see the Eiffel Tower, see the Volcano at the Mirage, go the buffet at the Aladdin (yummy), go shopping in the Fashion Show Mall or the Forum Shops at Caesar's. The Shark Experience at Madalay Bay was nice as was the Secret Garden tour at Mirage. If you or FH is a Trekkie, the Hilton has a Star Trek Experience. If you can get tickets, Penn & Teller is at Rio.
Last but not least: If you can, rent a car one day, go to Red Rock and take pictures of the beautiful mountains and if you like horses go on a trail ride (we went to Bonnie Springs Ranch). Red Rock is about 20-30 minutes from the strip and so pretty and calm and natural.

i just came back from vegas a couple weeks ago... TOP 5 YOU MUST SEE:
1. Liberace Museum (after all, it houses the World's Largest Rhinestone)
2. Grand Canyon (if you have time to get there)
3. Bellagio
4. Fremont Street
5. Venetian

Go to Mandalay Bay -- the Rum Jungle -- nightclub/resturaunt is the best ! They serve you your food on these spears... Very cool !
Also a house of blues there -- always great acts...Have fun !
