Tomorrow Starts Dieting...Again
I am picking myself up and dragging myself back on the wagon...lol. I am going back on low carb. That's how I lost the original 40lbs. I gained some back over the holidays and my new goal is to lose 15lbs. If I could lose 20 I would be soo happy, but I don't ever remember being that thin.
So for all those trying to lose weight after the holidays, good luck and I know we can do it!!!

I am finally "ready" to start this weight loss thing seriously. I started atkins/low carb last monday and have been doing ok so far - I even managed NYE & a weekend away without breaking it.

Hey Danielle,
I feel the exactly the same. I lost 30lbs 2 years ago on WW and gained back every last pound!!! I am joining ww again on Wed but starting on my own tomorrow. If we did it once, we can do it again. This is really the first time since that I've been truly motivated. Good luck and let's keep each other posted .

I went back on WW again starting this morning...I am going to do it on my own this time and weigh in at home.
So far today I had 2 egg white for breakfast,
1 pear for a snack and salad for Lunch.

That's great Danielle. I just got weighed in at WW tonight and lost 3.4 lbs. unfortunately I have a bit more than 13 lbs to go.
