It went perfect. I love it, it's still long but has ots of volume now and movement. They did an excellant job, they really care about their clients.... and when you go there for the 1st time you get a free makeup application.

Good luck. I just did this last week because my hair also really needed it and....well....just watch that they don't cut too much. When they finished with me, I wanted to cry.  They cut too much!! But then again, I'm a big baby when it comes to cutting my hair!! Just make sure you watch them and don't let them cut too much!!
