7 days left and I can't sleep

Im gettin some type of pre wedding anxiety..I was just laying their listening to fh snore away and my cat clean herself and Im startin to stress..whats making me mad is I have NOTHING to stress about..everything is done and what few things need to be completed, my mom is coming in from out of twon TODAY to help me, I think im panicking because its finally feeling real. Fh was talking on the phone to friends about it, hes getting excited, and reality is setting in, and now I wished Id bought teh Nyquill to knock me out, Id Im like this a week before..Im going to be CRAZED the night before
I know Ive said it a million times, but I just cant wait until the reception when all I can do is have fun, right now I find myself gettin a bit anal about thinsh being perfect, I know Im being unrealistic UGH!!!

Get back to bed girl!! You need your beauty rest!! Well, from the pic, it actually looks like you don't but anyway -- try to relax!!! Everything will turn out more beautiful than you imagine! Run out and get that Nyquil tomorrow!

Tylenol Simply Sleep is really good to help sleep. It's non addicting and you don't feel drowsy at all the next day. I've been taking it lately.

I am starting to have anxiety as well and my wedding isnt for 8 1/2 more months. I am up late at night working on my programs, my lists, contact lists for my girls, sending out so many emails to my 2 MOH's, talking to the best man on line at all hours of the night about the wedding, and for the past few days wedding is the only thing on my mind.

Just try and relax. You're day will be wonderful and then you have a wonderful HM in Mexico

Withthis ring..you are a genuis...simply sleep..a good friend told me about this along time ago..and I couldnt think of the name.was meaning to ask her..Im going to get it!!!! In a few hours when teh store opens..I cant go through this next week like this!!!

Yup. I am working on my bridal shower list which I want to email to my MOH soon. She told me she wants to start getting a start on that. (She has a wedding tomorrow, a shower in the spring, a wedding in June or July, my shower, and my wedding so she wants to get a start on my shower things)

Also chatting with the best man (who is married to my Matron) about how nice the weather in FL is and how its too cold here in NY

I completely understand! I've had trouble sleeping right before the first day of a new job, first day of school, first day of anything! I don't know how I'm going to get through it when I'm a week before my wedding.

I agree with the other girls - take a LIGHT aid to help you sleep. Avoid that Caffeine too!

princessrose..I get like that too..anything exciting..and Im AWAKE...Im gonna take the sleeping stuff and try to relax myself..I forgt to avoid caffeine...I love vanilla diet coke, but need to cut it out, I drink way too much of it

I'm up because my schedule got thrown all out of wack, partially due to going away (driving south) for the holiday and partially due to last night's, er, festivities! I slept from 4 - 9pm today! Anyway, just make sure you try those light sleep aids well before the night before your wedding and see how you feel the next day because everytime I've had one of those I feel like I got hit by a train the next day! Sometimes just sluggish, sometimes you sleep like you're in a coma and it takes a parade to wake you up!

Hi night owls- I'm up too.

I just made the last minute decison to to got to Rk tomorrow ( alone), scince i'm off from work & its the only place I know iff that I don't have to make an appointment.
so, I came online to get the address, & now its almost 2!

Alicia, sometimes when I can't sleep, I find going into another room helps, and I end up falling asleep on the couhc.

I think its something about you don't feel under the pressure to slepp, b/c you don't assocaite the couch with sleep or something.

I took a nap too this afternoon and most of the day has been relaxing in bed so I feel very wide awake.

I can't believe the time.

FI is sound asleep and I am up like its 1:30 in the afternoon.

My schedule's off whack too, but on purpose. I'm at the radio station until 6 am today, and then I have to go to my 9-5 later!!!

I should be exhasted..we went out for new years and I didnt nap at all yesterday...fh is snoring rather loudly..Ill never get men, tey can sleep through anything!!!
I want to go in there and plug his nose so he'll quit snoring, its like torture because Im wide awake and hes sleeping soooo good!!!

my FI sounds like he is coughing up a lung. I think he's coming down with a cold.

Oh yea the couch is good to help get tired or fall asleep.

When I really can't sleep I'll lay on the couch and put on my Spaceballs DVD and within 5 minutes of hitting play I am out like a light.

Their is just something about that movie that puts me to sleep
