What's your favorite Christmas Song?
I have two favorites for each Christmas mood: excited and content. My excited one is "Sleigh Ride" and my content one is "O Holy Night", although "Silent Night" is a close second.

I have lots of favorites!!! Don't laugh, but there is a version of "The Little Drummer Boy" by Bing Crosby and David Bowie that I wait for every year!!! It makes me cry!! I also love "All I want for Christmas" by Mariah Carey!!

(Can you tell I grew up listening to German Christmas carols???  )
I also really like When My Heart Finds Christmas by Harry Connick Jr.
and O Holy Night.
Songs I DONT like are Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer, those barking dogs, and any of the songs they really jazzed up and made modern. YUCK!!! It's supposed to be Christmas! not the Top 40.
Blue Christmas always makes me cry, so I'm not thrilled with that one either...

HATE Grandma Got Run Over too!!! Such a lovely thing to have playing while she sitting on the couch. I just hate it, hate it, hate it!!!
However, I have a soft spot for the dogs "singing" Jingle Bells - I had in on a 45 when I was a kid.
