Sad news 10 days before Christmas....
I had asked everyone to pray for my BF's father who was very sick with esophageal cancer. I just got a call from one of my other friends and her SIL that today he passed away. I feel so bad for my friend. She is his only child and her mother is not taking it well at all. I haven't even been able to talk to her since she is at the hospital. I can't believe this has happened. I have known this man since I was in 9th grade

I'm sorry.
We just lost a close family friend last week and for some reason, this time of year just makes it sadder and a little harder (no disrespect to anyone that 's lost someone other times of the year, I know it's hard anytime)

I am so sorry!!! It is really tough to lose anyone at anytime, but it is even harder around the holidays. I hope you and you friend and her family can find some kind of peace, knowing that now he is in no pain and is at peace!!
