OMG!!! Someone paid their CC bill from my account!!
I went on Chase online a bout 10 mins ago and noticed that an old savings acct, which I havent used since like January 2002 had activity...MOF it was overdrawn! I called my mother who works at Chase she looked at the account....seems a couple in Queens paid their Discover charge from my savings account.
I am on the phone with the Fraud dept...I cant believe this.....

OMG....I am so sorry!!! At least they have the info. on the couple that did it and obviously have the info. to the account that was paid (the Discover)
I am sure this will get taken care of!
ID Fraud happens so often around the holidays b/c people are out spending money and not being as careful with receipts and whatnot!!!

I cant believe chase actually cashed the check my name is Stacey L**** the name on the check cashed is Leroy and Viola C*******
nothing on it has any similarites to my name or address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have absolutely no idea which is why when my mother said did you write a check for $313 to Discover I was like HUH???? A check from my savings? It could have been done through online banking I wont know until I speak to the claims adjustor who will be calling tomorrow between 9 & 6

The account wasnt closed, I just hadnt used it since 2002 it didnt have much money in it. I should have just closed it and transferred it all to our joint acct
