IS THIS FLORIST QUOTE GOOD?
I have a quote for $2200 for the following florist package:
*7 Bouquets (my main bouquet plus a throwaway and 5 for my bridesmaids)
*4 corsages (one each for our moms and one each for our grandmothers)
*12 boutonnières (my FH's main and replacement one, plus the groomsmen, best man, ringbearer and our fathers)
*12 bows (6 rows) for pews with a small rose arrangement in the first 3 family rows and greens in each.
*2 large arrangements (40 or so flowers) for the altar
*15 table centerpieces with 40 mixed flowers in each
*Same type arrangement on our dais, but a bit bigger.
*Extensive hedging on our side tables (for the bridal party)
*Smaller arrangements on our cake table and card table (plus decorative flowers on the cake)
*Rose petals on the base of each table's centerpiece, as well as on the cake table and our dais leading from the arrangement to our plates.
*Flowers on the hors d'ouvres trays.
I'm down to 2 florists (I won't name them out of respect for their quotes), and the one I like better is a few hundred more expensive. They are both good, but I'm trying to decide whether to spend more money. A few hundred doesn't sound like a lot, but it adds up in the end.
I'm hoping the more expensive one will lower the price to make it more competitive.
Any advice? Is this a good quote for what I'm getting? I really love posting before I commit because I really value the feedback you all give.

Sounds good, and remember flowers die in a few days, so a few hundred dollars on something that dies is a lot of money.

It sounds reasonable. I recently booked Burtons at $1456 and I thought they were reasonable for what I was gettig. Of course I didnt get all you got for that price
