Here's another ceremony music question...(poll)
What did you use as ceremony music?
I am trying to decide between Church organist or making a CD up with the music I want.
I cannot afford outside musicians (unless anyone wants to donate their time!)
Thank you

Re: Here's another ceremony music question...(poll)
I don't think we can hire a string ensemble (even if we got music students..)
eta: depends on the budget...now FH wants to pay for his father's flight over. this man (ok i shouldn't complain) isn't paying (as far as i know) a dime for this wedding and now FH wants to fly him over? And pay for his tux? What next - put him up in Trump Towers too for the week? (OK that was mean). But still....wouldn't it be nice to walk into the Church and up the aisle to STRINGS instead of an ORGAN?
OK I'm being petty. Sorry. Will stop now.

Our DJ is providing our ceremony music for us, but we're also getting married at our reception hall. If you can make sure that someone is there to take care of the music, I would do the CD with the music you want, sounding the way you want. Organs and pianos only sound like, well, organs and pianos. JMO.
