Save yourself a bunch of money and make them yourself. Staples and Michaels has a bunch of computer-printable invitation kits that you can do yourself.
If you want something a bit fancier, Kate's Paperie (?) in the city have printables by Cranes that are really nice.
Pick Quick Paper in Farmingdale also has these and other fancy do it yourself kits. But they are more costly.

I was just at Barnes and Noble in Riverhead and they have a HUGE selection of RD invites, bridal shower, bridal luncheon invites, thank you's and much much more all wedding related. I was jealous that I hadn't been there sooner. If it's not too far, check it out!

We got nice ones from Kate's Paperie online. They were on sale. I had to print them, but I'm really picky and even I thought they looked very classy. You can never go wrong with Kate's IMO.

I ordered my wedding invitations from Gaddis Design . I think I am going to order my rehearsal invitations from there too. Not the custom made ones, but the ones listed under blank stationery that you can print yourself. They are pretty reasonable. I would order the save the date kit. It is $10 for 10 invitations and it comes with the background, vellum, ribbon, and envelopes. By the way, Melissa is a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend her!  My proofs should be coming any day now. I can't wait to see them!

we actually went out today and bought a new printer because neither one of has a good one.
we figure we can do the rehersal dinenr invites, programs and invitation envelopes now!!
so i'm looking for ideas on blank rehersal dinner cards....tom wants to design our's now
