Location: Land's End	Chocolate Chip Cookies Does anyone have any ideas on how to make CCC's more exciting? I use that "Neiman Marcus" recipe (which is SOOO GOOOD) and I wanted some suggestions on how, quoting Emeril, "to kick them up a notch."

Let the cookies cool completely. Soften ice cream in the fridge for 15-20 minutes or so. Spread a scoop of icecream on cookie, top with another. Roll sides in choco chips, nuts, whatever. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Let thaw slightly before serving. Add different chips-butterscotch, white chocolate, etc or nuts to the batter for some variety.
