Here are some pics of our baby home at last. She is laying on the bed with me as I finally try and get my 20 page paper done, that is due Tuesday!! We are so happy to have her home. We have a long road ahead of us. We were in the vet for an hour, while they explained everything we have to do. We have to give her a pill once a day for about a week. We have to give her some liquid until te bottle is finished and we have to give her injections of water with a syringe under the sking for the rest of her life. They gave us an IV bag with the water and a supply of needles that will last ten days. So every month we have to buy enough solution to last her the month, with the syringes. She is also on a special diet from now on. She is on a prescription diet for kidneys. So, it is going to be tough keeping her healthy and she is going to require a lot of care for the rest of her life, but we really don't care. We are just so happy she is home. Unfortunately we were also told that she has a lower life expectancy now. They said she will only live for about 2-4 more years. I guess we will have to to deal with that when it gets here. Thank you again for your support and thank you from Mike, Miss Kitty and Mr. Peabody too.

I had a sick doggie. he had diabetes and needed insulin injections 2 times a day under the skin. he also was on a special diet and he also had hip dysplasia and cataracts. it is tough, but they are so worth it! Glad to hear Miss Kitty is home at last!
