Need your Help, I am having a hard time finding beautiful Plus size wedding gowns to try on

If anyone can post pics or tell me about good locations with a large selection of try ons i would greatly appreciate it...

Bridal Suit Centereach had a lot of plus sizes there for me to try on. I felt great and they were very knowledgeable about what looked good on me! Ask for Amy! Look online for Emme and Alfred Angelo dresses they have very nice plus size dresses.

Try David's Bridal. I have a plus size BM and they had dresses there for her
to try on.

Try looking on alfredangelo.com. There is a nice selection of plus size dresses. I got my dress at RKBridal in Manhattan and they had a nice selection of plus size gowns to try on from a bunch of different designers.

Most stores that do not carry plus size dresses will let you try on the dress anyway because most designers carry plus sizes. Here is my gown by Victoria's Bridal .

I went to Paradise Bridal in Patchouge. They had a nice selection to look at and so does Commack Wedding Center (I looked there but bought it at Paradise Bridal) My dress was an Alfred Angelo. They have alot of plus size dresses.

David's had a ton (thats where i got mine) and Estelle's on Rt 110 had quite a few as well.

I think my friend said she got hers at Adrienne's in East Islip, or was it the other store in East Islip?

I would try Davids and I got my gown from RK bridal-I would try the wedding center in commack- they have larger gowns- im not plus but i have alot of breast and hips and ass - and i was getting really frustrated- i dont know if you want to chance this but maybe you can go to a seamstress and get measured and then order offline one size higher than your measurements- anyway Good Luck

Paloma Blanca has a line called the "Diva" collection that has beautiful gowns! I think Lilletts carries them.

I got mine at David's Bridal!!!! They have beautiful plus-size dresses. Just don't go to David's in Brooklyn. I could tell you too many horror stories about them, most having to do specifically with plus-sized brides. But any other location will be wonderful. My MOH lives in NJ, so we all took a trip out there to the Freehold location, and we couldn't be happier. I've heard many good things about the Long Island locations as well. For a "sneak peak" at some of their dress, go to David's Bridal

David's bridal has beautiful plus size gowns and the prices are not bad. i would check them out.

RK Bridal had a bunch and so did Macy's Bridal Salon in Manhasset. Your best bet is to call ahead and ask if they have samples in your size. If you have a dress in mind ask about it.

What I also did was try on in smaller sizes. They didn't zipper up but I got them on at least to see what they looked like in the front. But then I also was choosing sleeveless so I didn't have to worry about sleeves that were too tight.

Good luck I know it's a pain but you'll find a dress!!

this is my dress - i bought it at burton's bridals but tried it on at the commack wedding center (they had a good selection of plus sizes)

Definetly try Lillettes in Baldwin, Make and appt with Gerri - SHE IS GREAT - I am also a plus size bride and she was soooo helpful - I got my dress there - And I love it - Tell Gerri that Christine Ruby sent you - She wont let you down....

I got mine at Renata's on Montauk Highway in Lindenhurst. They were great and had a huge selection. One line they carry, and that what mine is is an Emme.
