"different" places to register

does anyone know of any unconventional places to register. we have the house and all the stuff, and are going on a sandals honeymoon and can register for that. but, i was thinking places like nice garden stores, etc. any opinions or suggestions?

Are you guys outdoorsy at all? We are planning to register at REI for camping equipment and a kayak.

I heard somewhere that Home Depot has a registry. Or you could do the department stores, but register for something different, like power tools in Sears. Or see if an electronics place, like Best Buy, has a registry. Get a big screen TV or something. LOL.

You can register at Sears for appliances, such as a vacuum, lawn mower, etc., also I think Home Depot is a great idea as well. Pier 1 Imports also has great seasonal gifts.
