my 11/15/03 review!
Here is part of my review. we had a 3 day wedding so i'll do my review of the other days soon.
Everything was so wonderful on Saturday. I was worried it may rain but it was sunny. However FREEZING w/ the high winds that day and having to take pictures outside of Crest Hollow.
Crest Hollow- A+
They really treated us so well- they were trying to make sure nothing upset me- I loved our maitre'd and my attendant. We had Crest Hollow's food and an Indian caterer- I heard the food was really good (didn't get to eat much even though my attendant made us 4 plates). The cake was beautiful! They upgraded our cake- it was supposed to be 4 tiers- I think it had an extra tier or 2. Everything was setup exactly as I had asked- minus a frame here or there. I cannot wait to see the video. We are missing the Indian bride and groom I had for the cake table which is really upsetting to me 
Flowers Michele- A+++++++++++
I didn't have anything to worry about! Everything was so beautiful. They worked w/ all the changes I kept making and set everything up for me even though I told them I would have helpers- they unwrapped all my 2 tiered silver plated centerpieces and set up 12 of the candleholders and votives for each table. They were willing to provide me with another bouquet when I couldn't find the 2 throw away bouquets (they had them- but they were upstairs - I didn't know that at the time).
House of Deepali- A+++++
They had the mandap (wedding canopy- similar to chuppah) set up on time and took it down in only amazingly 20 minutes. The aisle was so pretty and they were so accomodating.
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour Musicians- Mitch Greenberg and Jagjit Singh- A+
Everyone loved them - they played so well. It was nice for an Indian wedding to actually have these live instruments instead of just a recording of it which is mostly how it's done.
Horse and Carriage and Indian Drum Player- A++++
Eagle Carriage (Sam) provided the horse and carriage in the cold weather. It was really nice how the groom and his family came in in this festive procession. Sam is a great guy if anyone needs horse and carriage. The Dhol player (indian drum player) got everyone motivated and dancing in this procession.
Fine Art Photo and Video- A+++++++
I LOVED them- I was really nervous about getting annoying photographer/videographer as I had from another company at my eng party. But they were funny, professional, and put everyone at ease. I cannot wait to get the pics back. I barely saw the videographer- I was worried he'd be intrusive- but he was great.
Dynasty - A
We just used them for our ride back to the hotel. We had a phantom rolls - they waited around for us and were great.
We extended the reception by an hour at Crest Hollow that night so we extended everything else so things were a bit chaotic but my family took care of most of this.
H&J Bus- A+++++++
We used them to transport us around in the day and shuttle guests back and forth from hotel to crest hollow- they were so accomodating and the bus was great too.
Huntington Hilton- NO RATING
I need to contact my salesperson before I include my review of them. I was very annoyed and lost my voice in dealing w/ them my wedding night.
I guess that's all. I'll try to add pictures soon.

Congratulations everything sounds like it was GREAT!!!
What do you mean you had a 3 day wedding? How did that work? I'd like to hear more about that!

Congrats !!
I also lost my voice the night of my wedding delaing with the people at the Hilton. There was no couch in the room, a big messy space from where one once sat. My husband called 6 times in two days and they just kept blowing us off, needless to say they never sent up a couch after all the requests. They also said that there were no chairs available to bring up which I founf very hard to believe. Needless to say we paid for the suite and we should've just gotton a reular room and never would've missed the couch
