Wording on Hotel block?
Anyone have suggestions or examples of wording to let folks know about the hotel block? I am inserting a small card in my xmas cards but I'm not sure what I should write.

I didn't like the cards that the Melville Marriott sent to me - so I am going to make my own - i am going to put hotel name, address, and phone number, the dates that the room is blocked for - and the date they must reserve the room by - I haven't decided yet if I am going to put the price of the room on the card - is that tacky? opinions??

I planned on putting the rate, so people know rather than them calling to reserve and being surprised! I didn't like the cards Danford's gave me either! They are actually return postcards that are supposed to be fille dout with the person's information INCLUDING CREDIT CARD INFO!!! Yeah, like people are gonna send those back!!
