I think VIP might be in your budget. Do a search, there are a lot of reviews and pics posted. I checked out VIP and I thought they did nice work. Although I didn't see them, a lot of people are also using Duet who I think is very reasonably priced.

Definately Duet.. Their basic package is about 1500...and the best part is they are flexible in what they offer... I got my proofs back recently and they are GORGEOUS... they do photjournalistic and traditional shots.. There is more info about the package onTHIS POST Happy planning and Good Luck!! Another vote for DUET. Go and meet with them and you will see immediately that they don't have the "these are the pakages, take it or leave it" attitude. They genuinely want to do good by you and will work to fit your needs and budget.

I am using Queens Bridal and so far I am very happy with them. Definately look into them, I am paying less than that and getting a great package. FM me if you want details.
