I am so lucky because My FI is really into the wedding.. He wants to voice his opinion in everything.. I like that he wants to be involved, but sometimes, I'll get a really good idea,and he doesn't like it.. LOL. but the answer to your question yes he does like talking about it.. I would think he'd be sick of it by now..

well, yes AND no, he is VERY involved in all the planning and decisions. we have done everything together and on our own,(except the dress/makeup stuff). But I think I can talk it to death and he needs more of a break sometimes.

Depends - if he's not in the middle of casting level 40 dooming darkness in Everquest (or whatever) then he'll talk. Heaven forbid I should interrupt a dragon raid though, then I instantly become Bridezilla incarnate. LOL!

As much as he likes to say that he just needs to know where and when to be, he's actually very involved in plans...though he doesn't like to talk about them quite as much as I do. He is a problem solver and a plan maker, not a discusser!

YES, it's is so funny and truly a blessing that he is this way. When we first went hunting for a reception hall, the people at the Fox Hollow commented on how enthusiastic he was. It gave me a warm fuzzy inside

Yes and no. He enjoys discussing "the big picture" but he's not one for details. Example: I've had to ask him about 10 times to call his mother and get some addresses for his family members' invitations. And I hate to nag! So I'll probably wind up doing it myself...

This is a small complaint, though. I'm really glad that he loves talking about the wedding itself!

I would have to say no. He doesn't care about the flowers or the cake or the BM dresses. He cares about the photography and the honeymoon and that is IT! He'll listen when I talk but he just does not have the wedding gene. I love him anyway!

YES! FH is such a sweetie when it comes to wedding planning - he definitely wants to hear all the little details that I have come up with for the wedding (i think he may be the only one - since i drive all my close friends crazy with wedding talk) - He wants a say in most of the major decisions and likes adding his opinion for the details also.

Not really. He likes talking about it sometimes but for the most part no.

Yes he does. I do a lot of the foot work with my mom, because of his work hours, but he likes to hear about everything that is going on. We love to sit and envision our wedding day.

Yes, he is really involved in it!! He has a say in everything which is a good thing. I would hate if he didn't care at all.

Case in point: I just turned to him and mentioned something about a post I just read and he did not even take his eyes off of the TV

At first he didn't. When we got engaged and I started planning he hated hearing about stuff and doing stuff. But now that we are so close he is so excited and loves talking about everything.

NO!!! he would be very happy if I just handed him an invitation. On the other hand, he has been very supportive with everything that I have done.

he is def very into it. I should add that I change my mind every other day. I think he should be a saint because I ramble a lot to him !!!! He helps me settle on a decision though. I am one of those second guessing everything I do people. The only things I have not second guessed in planning is my gown and the photographer.

Depends on what it is about the planning. He could really care less about flowers, but tons of other things he gets into. So that's fine by me because I want our wedding to look a certain way, and he just assumes what I want will be perfect My kind of guy! Haha!

Yes for the most part. But then there are the times where it is only about MONEY and i want to stop the conversation. But yes we talk about it all the time. Although i tend to get a little crazy. But he deals pretty well with me

I have to say that my FH is pretty negative about the whole process. He is very into getting married but not at all into dropping the dough it takes to do it (we are paying for it all). And just in case I was reading him wrong, I just turned to him right how (he is sitting next to me watching TV) and asked "hey honey, do you like talking about/doing wedding related stuff"? Resounding "no".
It used to get me really upset - having to justify my every decision and price of every vendor to him b/c he didn't go with me to see them etc. Who am I kidding, it still upsets me but I am used to it now. But that is why I ask you guys everything.....

My FI likes to talk about the wedding! We plan everything together! I am the only one who goes on wedding planning websites though.

He likes to talk about it to an extent. He has been very helpful in the planning, and he gives his opinion if he has a definite one. A few things didn't matter much to him, so he let me have the final say. But if he really doesn't like something, or really wants something, he lets me know. But what he really likes is watching me talk about it. He says I get this cute look on my face and he loves watching my smile grow as I get excited. He thinks it's cute when I read him little tidbits off this site. He just knows I'm happy and that makes him happy.

Yep.. he's into it.

He went with me for my makeup trial and goes with me while I view BM dresses.. no problem.

He's awesome!

He likes talking about it, though not as much as I do. Also I make it a point not to burn him out on wedding talk, he is into the planning and we certainly talk alot about the wedding, but I don't overwhelm with talk of BM dresses or centerpieces etc. I don't think he could take too much of that.
